Monthly New Moon Gathering

This event is usually held upstairs above the store, which may not be easily accessible for individuals with limited mobility. To accommodate all participants, we can hold these gatherings downstairs in our newly expanded library if needed. Come with your intentions, a journal, and your questions as we work with the energy of this new moon. If you're looking to learn how to make the most of this lunar cycle, regardless of experience level, this gathering is for you.

We'll set our intentions for the evening together as a group based on everyone's specific needs and interests, ensuring each gathering is unique. Participants will share knowledge and resources, while your host facilitates and supports with answers, additional resources, and ideas such as manifestation exercises, guided meditations, or anything else that can bring you closer to your goals for this new moon.

We'll also have our New Moon Mini Ritual Kit available for purchase. This kit is optional for the event, but can serve as a helpful, tangible reminder of the intentions you set🌒

Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-2 days for us to process your order, as we do our best to get your orders shipped out as quickly as possible. We ship both domestically and internationally, and your shipping cost will be automatically calculated at checkout.

You'll receive your tracking number within 24 hours of shipment.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@thehealinghedgewitch.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Crystals and stones are non-returnable. Custom products (such as our Custom Spell Candle), and personal care goods (such as beauty products) are also non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
