Sparkling pyramid crystals, high, clear, and full of light.
Apophyllite grows in glittering pyramid-shaped crystals, usually clear or white (sometimes a soft green), and it has a bright, high, sparkling energy that people feel almost immediately. It's a zeolite, one of the airy, high-vibration mineral families, and it's long been thought of as a stone of spiritual connection and light. Holding a good apophyllite cluster is like holding a little handful of caught light.
Its energy is calming, clarifying, and uplifting, a stone for meditation, spiritual attunement, and clearing the mind and heart. It's associated with connecting to higher guidance, releasing suppressed emotions and stress, and a general sense of light, clean peace. Sometimes called a stone of the angels, it has that gentle, elevated, reassuring quality.
If you want high, clear, uplifting calm, apophyllite is a luminous companion.

Care and Maintenance
Apophyllite is delicate and a bit soft, and as a zeolite it's water-sensitive, so keep it out of water and handle the pyramid crystals gently (they chip easily). Cleanse it with smoke, sound, or a little moonlight.
Shopping Guide
For a first piece, a small cluster or a few crystal tips show the sparkling pyramid form best. Look for clear, well-formed crystals with good luster. Apophyllite is famously from India.
A couple to start with:
One small thing to try tonight
Hold your apophyllite up to a light and watch it sparkle for a minute, letting your mind get as clear and bright as the crystal. Then, on an exhale, imagine releasing one heavy thing up and out, like letting go of a balloon. Apophyllite is very good at making you feel lighter.
