Selenite Heart Shaped Bowl

Variant: Large

Selenite is soft, satiny, almost translucent when you hold it up to a window, with faint striations along the length of the stone. This one is shaped into a small heart-shaped bowl, useful for setting rings down at night or holding a few tumbles at once on a nightstand or altar shelf. It's the stone people keep close for a sense of clearing, a fresh start to the space rather than the day itself, something to reset a room after a long stretch of use. Selenite is a form of gypsum, soft enough to scratch with a fingernail, and it dissolves in water, so keep it dry and out of the sink or a damp bathroom shelf. The bowl shape and veining vary slightly from one piece to the next. You'll be sent the one intuitively chosen for you. A small resting place for whatever you set down at night.
