Prehnite Tumble

Prehnite is soft green, sometimes leaning yellow-gold, with a slightly cloudy or translucent quality when you hold it up to light. Not showy. The color reads like new spring growth, quiet and full of potential.

People reach for prehnite when they want to make peace with something they've been avoiding. It has a reputation for gentle release, especially around old worry or low-grade anxiety that has settled into the background. Good in the palm during meditation that needs some ease. Good in a pocket on days you've been holding your breath without realizing it. Good near a journal when you're writing about something old.

A calcium aluminum silicate, often mined in Australia, South Africa, and China.
