What opening Spring felt like ✨

Spring focused on the theme of Recognition. We worked through noticing patterns, reconnecting with yourself, and paying attention to what has quietly been asking for your awareness.

Every Seasonal Compass box is built around the work of that season and includes a mix of guided reflection tools, ritual items, and supportive resources designed to help bring that work into everyday life. Each Seasonal Compass box includes:

  • The Inner Almanac — A 90-day guided journal designed to help you track your energy, mood, and internal rhythms across the season. Includes lunar cycle reflections, seasonal prompts, and space for self-study. Only available in the subscription box.
  • Seasonal tools — Curated items to support your practice. Think ritual, reflection, and grounding, not clutter. (Contents vary by season and are not fully revealed in advance.)
  • Dated insert card — Moon phases, notable transits, and key astrological dates for the season. The almanac stays timeless; the card keeps you current.

A seasonal subscription experience designed to help you slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself through the rhythms of the year.

"How Do You Want to Feel Today?"

PEACEFUL | BRAVE | GROUNDED | CLEAR

At The Healing Hedge Witch, there is a chalkboard outside the door. At the top, it asks a simple question: How do you want to feel today?

People stop. They think. They write things like peaceful or brave or free.

That question is the foundation of everything we do. Because the truth is, you get to choose how you feel. But first, you have to know what you are reaching for. And then you have to understand what has been getting in the way. And somewhere along the way, we stopped tending to ourselves. We stopped paying attention to what we actually need, and when we need it.

Most of us are running old patterns. Ways of thinking, reacting, and moving through the world that we inherited or adopted for survival. They made sense once. They may not anymore.

The theme for 2026 is Repatterning—a slow, intentional shift away from survival-based habits and toward ways of living that are actually sustainable

Spring

Recognize: See the patterns. Name what's been running you.

Summer

Release: Let go of what no longer fits. Grieve it if needed.

Fall

Rebuild: Design new rhythms. Test new ways of being.

Winter

Root: Anchor what works. Rest into the new shape.

We think of it like this: you are the innkeeper of your own mind, body, and soul.

We think of it like this: you are the innkeeper of your own mind, body, and soul.

The place where all three meet. And like any inn, that space requires tending. You have to keep the hearth lit. Notice when something needs repair. Make room for rest. Stock the pantry for the season ahead.

But most of us were never taught innkeeping. We were taught to push through, optimize, perform. We were handed a calendar that starts the year in the dead of winter and told to hit the ground running.

No wonder we are exhausted. Seasonal Compass is a different way to move through the year. Four boxes, shipped at the solstices and equinoxes. The actual turning points that every living thing on this planet responds to. Each box is built around The Inner Almanac, a 90-day guided journal that helps you track your energy, notice your rhythms, and tend to your inn across the season.

This isn't about productivity or self-improvement. It's about something quieter and more radical: learning your own patterns so you can finally change them. Becoming the kind of innkeeper who knows what your space needs before it falls into disrepair.

It starts with a question: How do you want to feel?

It continues with a practice: paying attention, season by season.

And over time, it becomes something else entirely. A map of yourself, drawn by your own hand.

Come in and sit for a spell. The fire's lit. There's room for you here.

Welcome, Innkeeper.

The Inner Almanac

The Heart of Every Box

This is not a planner. It is not a gratitude journal. The Inner Almanac is a 90-day guided journal built around one season of deliberate inner work. It is the only thing like it and it is only available inside the Seasonal Compass box.

The spring edition walked subscribers through the full arc of Recognition, from naming the pattern to understanding where it came from, to beginning to question whether it still serves them.

ABOUT THIS WORK

I'm a certified life coach and the founder of Seasonal Compass. For years I've been building tools, practices, and spaces that help people pay attention to themselves. Not in a self-critical way, but in a curious, almost scientific one.

Seasonal Compass is a quarterly subscription box built around a simple idea: the seasons outside mirror something real happening inside us, and if we work with that rhythm instead of against it, things start to shift.

The Year of Repatterning is our 2026 theme. Four seasons of deliberate inner work: Recognize. Release. Rebuild. Root.
