Today is all about magical self-care and energetic cleansing.

It's time for a pause for replenishment.

And also time for a reminder that self-care IS magic.

An Energetic Rebirth Through Water

Gather sea salt, your favorite herbs and essential oils and make a small batch of scrub for a shower, or put until a tub of water for a bath.

Light a candle to deem the time more sacred than a typical bath or shower. This is time to care for yourself.

As you cleanse, visualize layers of pressure, judgment, and self-criticism melting away like a mist.

After cleansing, sit or stand with your hands over your heart and repeat:

I honor my timing

I honor my energy

I nurture my light.

I am whole, radiant, and free.

Don't just say the words. Really feel them and let them soak into your heart.

Today’s Intention:

My light grows brighter every time I offer myself compassion.

Taking care of yourself is not optional. It's the foundation of your magic.

Small Rituals, Big Magic

Yes, we love a big bath ritual. But self-care doesn’t have to be elaborate to be sacred.

Sometimes the simplest moments hold the deepest magic. Here are a few everyday ways to nurture your light:

Keep a "Little Joys" list.
Write down one tiny thing each day that made you smile.

Write a love note to your future self.
Tuck it somewhere hidden, like a book or drawer, for a future discovery.

Commit to sacred 'No.'
Choose one thing today to say no to without apology, to honor your capacity and your energy.

Bless your shoes before you leave the house.
Simple whisper: "Guide my steps. Protect my path."

Make a simple offering to the earth.
Pour out a little water, scatter a few herbs, or leave a stone as a thank-you for what you've received today.

Bury a fear.
Write something you're ready to release on a scrap of paper and bury it in the soil (even in a potted plant).

Make your bed like you’re preparing a nest.
Do it with care and love. You're creating a sacred space to return to.

Name the moon phase before you go to bed.
Just a simple acknowledgment connects you to something bigger.

Create an 'Energy Closing' Ritual.
At the end of the day, run your hands over your body, brush off the energy, and say: "What is not mine returns to the earth."
