Our Mushrooms are sourced from a small private farm in the Pacific Northwest by the Olympic Peninsula. All mushrooms are grown onsite in a storehouse on brown rice substrate in big paper bags so there is no plastic. The mushrooms are dehydrated then steam activated to allow the nutrients to be more bioavailable for consumption.
