Mookaite Calming Stone

Mookaite jasper is an Australian stone in mustard yellow, terracotta red, cream, and sometimes plum. A calming stone (also called a worry stone) is smoothed into a thumb-shaped oval with a slight depression on one side. Meant to be held, not displayed.

The mookaite version warms fast in the hand and holds a heat that reads as steady rather than jumpy. It's the piece for a pocket during long stretches without visible progress. Training cycles, recovery periods, mid-project middles, the kind of week when the work is unglamorous and nobody is watching.

Use it as a fidget during hard phone calls, or in the palm during a slow breath practice before a difficult meeting. The tactile groove is small enough to be private and consistent enough to become part of a nervous system's regulation routine over time.

You'll be sent the one intuitively chosen for you.
