Orange Calcite Rough Chunk

Size: Small

This is Orange Calcite in its rougher form, unpolished, with the natural texture and banding the tumbles get smoothed out of them. Warmer peach color than the polished pieces, sometimes with white veining where the calcite layers grew together. The kind of piece that looks like it came out of the ground because it did.

Rough Orange Calcite is good on an altar, on a desk, or anywhere you want the visual reminder without committing to a polished display piece. Use it the same way you'd use a tumble, just with more visual texture. Picks up dust a little more readily than a polished form, so a shelf works better than a dish.

Calcite is typically mined in Mexico. Small, fits in a palm. You'll be sent the one intuitively chosen for you.
